Refund policy

All sales are final.

This is a digital book, delivered immediately. Once the file has been sent it cannot be returned — I have no way of taking it back, and I am not going to pretend otherwise by asking you to delete it.

That is why the free sample exists. It is a complete chapter plus pages from across the book, and it will tell you within ten minutes whether this is for you. Please read it before you buy.

If the download fails, or your file is damaged or incomplete, write to me at ruy@allfourths.com and I will fix it the same day. That is not a refund question — you paid for a working file and you should have one.

If you have a question before buying, write to me. I would much rather answer it than have you buy something that turns out not to be what you wanted. I answer every email.

If something has gone wrong after buying, please write to me before contacting your bank or card issuer. I am one person, not a support department, and almost anything can be sorted out directly.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
