What this site collects

Nothing, if you only read. Browsing these pages does not require you to give me anything.

If you buy the book or download the free chapter, the purchase happens on Payhip, which collects your email address and payment details in order to deliver the file and issue a receipt. I receive your email address and the record of the purchase. I never see your card details.

If you agree to receive emails from me, your address is stored in EmailOctopus and used to send you book updates, corrections and related material about all fourths tuning. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.

If you write to me, I keep the email so I can answer it.

Cookies and measurement

Some cookies are needed for the checkout to work. Others let me see how people find the book and whether the site is doing its job. You can decline the second kind without losing access to anything here.

Fonts and hosting

Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google receives your IP address in the process. The site itself is hosted by HostGator.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to ruy@allfourths.com and I will do it. Purchase records that I am required to keep for tax or accounting purposes are the one exception.
